I mainly learned from observing wallpapers of others. Then trying to reproduce the effects with self experimentation.

thanks so much for your advice... yup.. asian families just love doctors, due to the money it makes but i feel that it's a really narrow form of mentality cause from the volunteer services and courses i've been for, i realized that doctors really don't earn much.. let alone live lucratively like what most people think...

I remembered a five day course i went to at GH to give us an insight to the lives of doctors.. Many of my companions changed their minds after the course as the were really shocked by the long on-call hours and all.. Some of them told their parents but their parents say they can easily opt for private though it's not as easy as they think... most of us said that the course should be given to (the disillusioned) parents instead!! (XD)

I wanted to take up either med or education... but I'll most probably go for education cause I don't think my results will be much.. However, my parents aren't exactly happy bout the education thing... not to mention my teachers... oh well... :|

Ah, I'm sorry I spoiled you a bit. ^^; I figured that since the game's been out for a while it would be ok to wall by now. I'm glad you like my planet! At first it started out like crap, but then I kept adding more and more layers, blurring my brush strokes, and adding emboss layers and inverted color layers (offset by a few pixels) to add shadows and depth. Took a while, but I got to the result you see now. I used the scan as a reference to study how the clouds should look. Yeah, it would have been easier to find a stock planet, but I figured since I already used a stock for the stars, I should just make my own planet. I'm glad you like it!

Actually, it is Akari. But Alice and Alicia are following very, very close. It\'s just that those two scans were extremely hot, I simply HAD to do a sig/avatar set :3 I\'ll check that store out if I decide to get Stella, right now I\'m saving up money for more ARIA manga and some camera stuff.

Nope >_< and kinda regret it now, though I have HQ scans of them. Stella seems to be out of print and Alpha is on my to-buy list.
